Open proPilot to your third-party tools with centralized API key management

Global administrators can now create and manage API keys for users who need them. This enhancement makes integrations with third-party systems easier while maintaining a security and governance framework that remains strictly aligned with the permissions already defined in proPilot.

  • Easily generate API access for the relevant users, with automatic creation of the required technical parameters.

  • Keep full control over access over time with configurable validity dates and the ability to revoke keys at any time.

  • Secure your integrations by ensuring access remains strictly aligned with each user’s existing scope and permissions in proPilot.

Accelerate changes to your plan with massive entity deletion

Local administrators now benefit from a new mass import type dedicated to entity deletion. This feature makes it possible to quickly handle cleanup, scope reviews, or reorganization needs, while maintaining a reliable validation framework before execution.

  • Save time when performing large-scale operations across a full plan or scope, without processing entities one by one.

  • Benefit from a workflow consistent with other mass imports, including template generation, data quality control, validation, and execution.

  • Secure the deletion process through a preliminary verification step that allows precise confirmation of the affected entities.

Gain more flexibility in workflow configuration

workflow management becomes more flexible, both for replacing or removing a worfklow on a structure level and for updating statuses within an existing workflow. Administrators can therefore adapt their tracking models more easily without losing consistency or traceability.

  • Evolve your workflows more freely, including when entities already exist on the affected level, provided the target workflow is compliant.

  • Automate the required transitions to a default status during certain updates, in order to maintain consistency for the impacted entities.

  • Preserve full auditability through the history of administrative actions related to workflows.

Things are moving fast… many improvements are delivered with every release!

Visualizations are becoming more reliable and precise.

  • Comparison tool calculations now rely more accurately on the selected period, making comparisons and time-based analysis more reliable.

  • Charts now render auto-calculated indicator values more faithfully, including when their formulas depend on other auto-calculated indicators.

  • Chart visualizations attached to levels without a scorecard now behave more consistently, with clearer handling of cases where no usable data is available.

  • Indicator selection on mobile charts has been improved to provide a smoother and more readable experience on smaller screens.

  • ImageList values are now displayed in information tables in an order that better matches the expected functional configuration.

Task, validation, and history management is strengthened.

  • Task Manager filters now behave more reliably, making it easier to monitor and process large task volumes.

  • The display of the user who actually completed a task (administrator “logged as”) is now better reflected in the Task Manager, improving readability and traceability.

  • Tasks related to update periods are now generated in a way that better aligns with workflow status specificities, providing clearer guidance on expected actions.

  • Rejecting an entity creation request now results in more consistent behavior in the interface.

  • History for top-level entities is now more focused on events that are truly relevant to users, with a clearer separation between administrative actions and workspace history.

Administrative actions are becoming safer and more robust.

  • Permanent deletion of a workspace from the recycle bin is now more reliable, making structure cleanup processes easier.

  • Deleting a homepage visualization set now takes dependent objects into account more effectively, with a clearer and more traceable administration logic.

  • License alerts now reflect the actual proximity of expiration more accurately, making monitoring more relevant.

Emails now benefit from improved rendering quality.

  • The display of proPilot emails has been improved to consistently provide readable content without thumbnail-like rendering.
