proPilot becomes the single entry point to your platform with the new applications Portal !

Users now enjoy structured access to your organization’s key sites and solutions, for centralized and personalized navigation.

• You can enable a global portal on the homepage, as well as dedicated portals for each instance.

• The portal is fully configurable — add custom links, labels, and images, organized by section according to your business needs.

This streamlined navigation saves users valuable time while strengthening proPilot’s position at the heart of your digital ecosystem.

Improve your time-based tracking with a new piece of information: “Date Range.”

The new qualitative information type “Date Range” allows you to accurately record the key periods of each project.

• You can easily collect and centralize start and end dates for your initiatives.

• An automatic validation ensures the consistency and completeness of all temporal data.

• These date ranges are seamlessly integrated into your reporting views — including Gantt charts, duration analyses, and project tracking dashboards.

As a result, the quality and reliability of chronological data are significantly improved.

An expanded SSO management capability for all authorized users, enabling the direct addition of new collaborators without administrator approval.

The feature allowing users to be assigned before their first login—previously reserved for administrators—is now available to any user thanks to a new dedicated rught.

• Non-admin users can now assign users to their scopes before their initial SSO connection.

• This pre-assignment right can be enabled or disabled in the administration panel to limit the feature to relevant users.

This simplifies onboarding with decentralized and proactive access assignment, allowing each new user to start using proPilot immediately.

proPilot is now available in Dutch (Beta version)

The entire proPilot application is now fully accessible in Dutch!

To switch your interface to Dutch, simply select your preferred language from the proPilot header.

Things are really moving... Numerous improvements are made with each new release!

• In information tables, it’s now possible again to filter rows based on values collected in multi-select lists.

• On the homepage, the navigation within the workspace assignations structure has been optimized, offering a more intuitive filter selection experience.
