Create an Excel Export visualization

Introduction

This module allows you to retrieve all of the information for your entity and all underlying entities in the form of a standardized Excel file.

Create an Excel Export visualization

1. In the left menu, select "workspace configuration" and then "workspace visualization".

2. Then click on the "workspace visualization views" tab.

   

   
   

3. Click on the "create workspace visualization view" button. A pop-up window will open.

   

   
   

4. Fill in the following fields:

   1. (technical name) and display name

   2. Choose the type of visualization "Excel Export"

   3. Add a description if necessary

      

      
      

      
      

       

5. Save the visualization view, then click on the “Edit” button.

   

   
   

   
   

6. Configure the Excel export:

   1. Choose the frequency

   2. The number of available histories

   3. Activate the tile in the home page of the entity visualization.
