Operational KPIs module: collect decentralized KPIs in real time

Introduction

Discover how to create and fill in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to the entity of your organisation.

Users may collect quantitative information such as KPIs in a decentralized manner by creating those themselves (based on a preconfigured module configured in the admin area).

Managing operational KPIs

Operational KPIs are managed by section

When you navigate on an entity, an “operational KPIs” tab is available to create and visualize KPIs in predefined sections.

Each section may have its own specific configuration (dropdown lists, units,…). For each of these sections, the available parameters will be similar for all users.

Create new KPIs on your entity

In each KPI section, you can add an indicator by first clicking in the button “Add a KPI” then by completing all required fields for its creation in the dedicated fields.

  1. Fill in the name of your KPI. You may fill it in with a description.

  2. Select the unit in the dropdown list.

  3. Select the period during which your KPI will be active.

  4. Fill in an initial value, a current value and a target. All 3 values should be completed.

  5. Select among the dropdown lists the status, priority and/or a category.

  6. You may also add a comment to illustrate the values of your operational KPI.

Update your operational KPIs

Select a KPI you would like to update and click on the “edit” button.

This way you may update the advancement of your KPI or update comments, parameters,…

You also have the possibility to delete an operational KPI by clicking on the recycle bin.
